Paul Cocksedge Studio® (PCS) offers a limited twelve month manufacturers warranty from the date of original purchase on Double O® against defects in materials and workmanship with normal use in accordance with the accompanying documentation. If a defect exists, PCS at its option will (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, (2) exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished. If PCS, at its sole discretion determines that it is not reasonable to replace the defected item(s), PCS may refund the original purchase price. This does not mean you can abuse the product and expect warranty service.
The warranty is limited and does not cover: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification or improper repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, use in an unapproved device; (iii) use not in accordance with the documentation; and (iv) damage caused by the equipment with which Double O® and relevant accessories are used; (v) loss or theft. Customization of your product will void your warranty.
To obtain warranty service for Double O® and relevant accessories that are subject to the warranty, contact PCS using the contact information provided. Proof of purchase must be provided to PCS with the product and its original packaging to verify eligibility. If the product is returned without proof of purchase, the product may not be valid for warranty and be returned to the Consumer at the Consumer’s cost. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to PCS and PCS shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to the Consumer after the completion of service under this limited warranty. The limited warranty extends only to Consumer and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user. No other person is authorized to modify this limited warranty. PCS will not accept or pay for any invoices sent by third parties for the repairing of defective products.
PCS does not warrant that the product is error free or that it will function without interruption.
